Grandfather Adelmo and grandmother Giale founded the farm in the ’60s, helped by their son Roberto. Federico, the third generation of the Bartoli family to dedicate itself to agriculture, joined the team after completing his studies.

A story of producers of Anguria Reggiana watermelon, grown in greenhouses and in the open field, on clayey and for this reason particularly suitable soil.

The inclination of the Bartolis for crop growing is also expressed by the production of tomatoes for industry, cereals, sugar beets, soybeans and grapes, which are used by the Cantine di Gualtieri to produce excellent wine.

The Bartoli’s Anguria Reggiana IGP watermelons are sold wholesale on fruit and vegetable markets throughout northern Italy
